To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before investing. Specific risks include:

• Market risk: The value of investments can fluctuate due to market movements

In no event shall CristalPoint Management, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CristalPoint Management operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
